About the role

The Case Manager provides holistic, student-centered case management services to undergraduate and professional students at Creighton University. Guided by the Jesuit value of cura personalis, this role partners with students to develop strengths-based support plans that promote academic success, personal wellbeing, and long-term flourishing.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments
  • Coincording campus and community resources
  • Developing support and accountability plans
  • Monitoring progress
  • Assisting students returning to campus after a leave of absence
  • Collaborating with campus partners
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Evaluating program outcomes
  • Contributing to student wellbeing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with relevant experience considered
  • 1+ years of case management experience, preferably with college-aged populations
  • Experience with electronic health records and case management systems
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities including Understanding of higher education case management, HECMA/CAS standards, and FERPA regulations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and advocacy skills and ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
