About the role
The Case Manager will act as a team member by:
- Conducting home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes.
- Building relationships while using a strength-based approach with the families and children.
- Partnering with referring agencies, schools, community resources, to serve the needs of families and children.
- Effectively responding to crises.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- If degree is a Bachelor's in Social Work, than licensure is required
Preferred Experience
- At least one of the following:
- 3 years of supervised, paid casework experience
- 1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS
- 1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work
