We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the description.
First part: description about MHALA: "Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) has been a pioneer...". That's about the organization, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" would be about the job. But we have description of agency. Could be "About the role" includes agency overview? Usually "About the role" is about the position. But we have no explicit "About the role" heading in source; we can create one if we have content. The description includes agency mission etc. That could go under "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". Since only allowed headings are those listed, we can put agency overview under "About the role". It's acceptable.
Then we have "Veteran Housing And Benefits Specialist 35 hours per week / $24.00 per hour (The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.)" That's Pay and Schedule info. So we need Pay and Schedule sections. Pay: $24.00 per hour, note about actual compensation based on experience. Schedule: 35 hours per week.
Then "Summary: Under direct supervision..." That's responsibilities. So we can put under Responsibilities.
Then "Essential Duties and Responsibilities:" with a list of duties. We'll put those under Responsibilities as

Then "Essential Duties and Responsibilities:" with a list of duties. We'll put those under Responsibilities as - .
Then "Position Requirements" with list: High School diploma or GED plus two year of providing psychiatric rehabilitation services..., Veterans encouraged to apply, Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred, Driving with current class C driver’s license..., Knowledge..., Crisis intervention..., Strong oral/written..., Must be team-oriented..., Experience working..., Proficient typing..., Must function well..., Highly organized..., Flexible work schedule..., TB clearance..., COVID-19 vaccinations..., Employment verification...
We need to split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills perhaps. The headings allowed: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Usually Requirements: minimum qualifications (education, experience). Qualifications: preferred qualifications. Skills: specific skills.
We have: "High School diploma or GED plus two year of providing psychiatric rehabilitation services to a disabled population/low income and/or homeless population, preferred." That's a requirement (maybe required). "Veterans encouraged to apply." That's a note, could be under Requirements or Qualifications. "Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred." That's a qualification (preferred). "Driving with current class C driver’s license, a vehicle for transportation, proof of valid automobile insurance, the ability to be insured by MHALA liability insurance are conditions of employment." That's a requirement. "Knowledge of health care, social service resource systems and self-help intervention strategies." That's a skill/knowledge. "Crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills including use of motivational interviewing, harm reduction approach, and trauma-informed care." Skill. "Strong oral/written communication and listening skills." Skill. "Must be team-oriented, self-directed, have good listening and communication skills, the ability to empathize and relate positively to a wide variety of people and dedicated to fulfilling the demands of the position." Skill/attribute. "Experience working in diverse settings with people across all socio-economic spectrums." Experience/skill. "Proficient typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)." Skill. "Must function well in a team-oriented approach to member services." Skill. "Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple assignments through accuracy and thoroughness." Skill. "Flexible work schedule to include some evenings or weekends when necessary." Schedule? Already have schedule section; but this is a requirement about flexibility. Could be under Requirements. "TB clearance and re-testing every year are conditions of employment" Requirement. "COVID-19 vaccinations or booster shots are not currently required, however this may become a requirement in the future. Failure to abide by any agency policy, including those relating to a vaccine or booster shot may result in termination of employment" Requirement/note. "Employment verification directly from three (3) past employers within the most recent 7-year period" Requirement.
We need to avoid filler like "preferred" etc. It's okay.
We need to create sections only if we have real specific content. We have content for About the role (agency overview). Responsibilities (summary + duties). Requirements (maybe combine some). Qualifications (preferred degree). Skills (list of skills). Benefits (we have: "We are proud to offer a competitive salary and full benefits package, including an employee assistance program, and generous paid time off." Also earlier: "Employees are encouraged to engage in self-care and can enjoy a 35-hour workweek." That's schedule but also benefit. Benefits: competitive salary, full benefits package, employee assistance program, generous paid time off. Also maybe "MHALA fosters diversity..." but that's culture. We'll include Benefits section with those items.
Pay: we have $24.00 per hour, note about actual compensation based on experience.
Schedule: 35 hours per week.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have actual pay $24.00 per hour, so we can include Pay.
Now produce HTML fragment.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with member to establish a working budget for sustainability of housing including all expenses and income sources of the household.
- Mediates and advocates on behalf of the member to help him/her obtain and keep housing.
- Other collateral duties as needed and assigned.
Now Requirements: we need to decide what goes there. Could include minimum requirements: High School diploma or GED plus two year of providing psychiatric rehabilitation services..., Driving with current class C driver’s license..., TB clearance..., Employment verification..., COVID-19 vaccination note?, Flexible work schedule? Actually flexible schedule is more a requirement but we have schedule section already. We'll include flexible schedule under Requirements maybe.
But we also have Qualifications (preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred, Veterans encouraged to apply (maybe under Qualifications). Also maybe "High School diploma or GED plus two year..." is a requirement (minimum). We'll put that under Requirements.
Skills: list of knowledge, skills, abilities.
Let's parse.
Requirements (minimum):
- High School diploma or GED plus two years of providing psychiatric rehabilitation services to a disabled population/low income and/or homeless population.
- Current class C driver’s license, a vehicle for transportation, proof of valid automobile insurance, ability to be insured by MHALA liability insurance.
- TB clearance and re-testing every year.
- Employment verification from three past employers within the most recent 7-year period.
- Flexible work schedule to include some evenings or weekends when necessary.
- COVID-19 vaccinations or booster shots not currently required but may become required; failure to comply may result in termination. (We can include as note.)
Qualifications (preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Veterans encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Knowledge of health care, social service resource systems and self-help intervention strategies.
- Crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills including use of motivational interviewing, harm reduction approach, and trauma-informed care.
- Strong oral/written communication and listening skills.
- Must be team-oriented, self-directed, good listening and communication skills, ability to empathize and relate positively to a wide variety of people, dedicated to fulfilling demands.
- Experience working in diverse settings with people across all socio-economic spectrums.
- Proficient typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Must function well in a team-oriented approach to member services.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, able to effectively manage multiple assignments through accuracy and thoroughness.
Now Benefits:
- Competitive salary and full benefits package.
- Employee assistance program.
- Generous paid time off.
- 35-hour workweek (maybe also schedule but we have schedule section). Could include as benefit.
Pay:
- $24.00 per hour (actual compensation determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law).
Schedule:
- 35 hours per week.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. The 35-hour workweek appears both in benefits and schedule; we can mention in schedule section and maybe also in benefits as part of work-life balance. But we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the 35-hour workweek somewhere. It appears in the agency description: "Employees are encouraged to engage in self-care and can enjoy a 35-hour workweek." That's a benefit/culture. We'll include it under Benefits maybe. And schedule section will have the 35 hours per week from the job posting line. That
