Case Manager, Family Child Care

About the role

The Case Manager, Family Child Care is responsible for providing comprehensive support to families enrolled in the program. This includes coordinating services, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and facilitating access to community resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for enrolled families, including referrals to social services, healthcare providers, and other community resources.
• Ensure all services provided comply with state regulations and best practices.
• Provide regular progress reports to families and supervisors.
• Conduct home visits as needed to assess family needs and service delivery effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other agency staff to address complex cases and ensure holistic support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with families in similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with families from low-income backgrounds.
• Knowledge of child development and family dynamics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
