About the role

We are seeking Case Managers, Counselors, Specialists, and Mental Health Techs to join a dedicated, mission-driven team providing support and advocacy in clinics and community settings across Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Help clients navigate care systems
• Conduct home visits
• Provide information, referrals, and goal support
• Mental Health Techs: support clients in supportive housing facilities through monitoring, intake, facilitating groups, and safety checks
• Many roles involve client transportation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s level education
• Valid driver’s license with F-endorsement (for roles involving client transportation)
• Reliable transportation
• Background check, driver’s license record review, and drug screening
