Case Manager - BRAG Restore
About the role
The Case Manager (Credible Messenger) provides intensive, trauma-informed case management and supportive services to young adults (ages 16–25) at elevated risk of engaging in serious violence. Working collaboratively with the Program Director and Educational/Vocational Specialist, the Case Manager develops individualized Sustainable Growth Plans, monitors participant progress, connects participants to community resources, and supports positive youth development through strength-based and restorative practices.
