Case Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish
About the role
Under the general direction of a Case Management Supervisor, responsible for the full range of case management duties including cases requiring intensive case management and high levels of expertise.
Implements the clients' service plans. If assigned to support young children (ages 3-6), will be responsible for assisting Intake with the process of determining Lanterman eligibility for children under “Provisional Eligibility” criteria prior to turning 5 years old.

Requirements
- A Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities.
- OR a Bachelor's degree in a field that offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as social work, psychology, counseling, special education, or nursing, and three years of employment in a field related to developmental disabilities.
- The minimum education requirement may not be waived.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.

- Experience: Three years of employment in a field related to developmental disabilities.

$62,244 - $68,652 per year.
