Key Responsibilities
- Lead treatment consultations for restorative, surgical and implant-related procedures
- Present and explain treatment plans and financing options
- Build strong rapport and trust with patients to increase case acceptance
- Collaborate closely with Dentists, Hygienists and clinical staff
- Manage a steady pipeline through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and patient education
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental sales or treatment coordination experience required
- Prior experience supporting oral surgery or implant cases strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing high-value treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to simplify clinical concepts for patient understanding
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
- Experience with dental software, patient financing tools, and CRM systems is a plus

Requirements
- Education and Training: 3+ years of dental business office experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Management or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology. Knowledge of dental office procedures. Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures. Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred. Knowledge of MS Office.
