Case Manager
Job Duties
- Aid individuals in accessing community resources and services.
- Help individuals determine housing eligibility and apply for Medical Assistance.
- Connect individuals to mental health services.
- Screen individuals involved in the court system for mental health concerns.
- Be knowledgeable or willing to learn about Trauma-Informed Care.
- Build rapport with individuals needing behavioral health resources.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other entities.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation for courthouse and jail visits.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, behavioral health, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Three clearances and a training certificate required: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check, and Mandated Reporting training.

Pay and Schedule
- Starting pay rate: $16.83 per hour, with increases based on job tenure.
- Flexible work schedule.
