Case Manager
Position Summary
The Case Manager contributes to TRDI's Mission and Core Values, focusing on compliance with regulatory programs and fostering growth through EOS initiatives. Responsibilities include managing compliance with regulatory programs, ensuring data collection and reporting, and overseeing recruitment and retention strategies.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with mission-driven programs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
- Lead compliance initiatives with AbilityOne and other regulatory employment programs.
- Track and measure regulatory program requirements and provide timely updates.
- Implement, enforce, and redirect recruiting and retention strategies.
- Manage new hire transitions, including site access, security clearances, training, benefits, and work schedule assignments.
- Provide case management for new and existing employees.
- Develop and update employment programs to promote growth and mobility.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
- Supervise and develop direct reports.
- Deliver and facilitate training and awareness programs.
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain communication with key management and stakeholders.
- Incorporate technology for efficiency improvements.
- Continuously update job knowledge and operational processes.
- Participate in committees, special projects, and industry events.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality of information.
- Effective time management and conflict resolution.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws and wage and hour laws.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, or related field; Master's Degree Preferred.
- 10 years relevant work and leadership experience in a multi-location environment.
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).
- Relevant state licensure or certificate.
- Two years of experience as an RN preferred in a healthcare/clinical environment.
- Experience with community and business partners and understanding of eligibility for SSI, SSDI, HCBS, VR, and VA.

Schedule
Typical Monday through Friday with some overnight travel to various job-sites. OFFICE WORK LOCATION: San Antonio, TX, and travel to job-sites in nine states.
