Case Manager
Position Summary
The Case Manager contributes to TRDI's Mission and Core Values, focusing on compliance with regulatory programs and fostering growth through EOS initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing compliance, leading compliance initiatives, and overseeing recruitment and retention strategies.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with mission-driven programs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage data collection, interpretation, and analysis to drive compliance and workforce planning.
- Implement and enforce recruiting and retention strategies to meet regulatory and budgetary needs.
- Coordinate new hire transitions, including site access, security clearances, training, benefits, and support services.
- Provide case management throughout employment, ensuring compliance and career development.
- Develop and update employment programs to promote growth and mobility.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
- Supervise and develop direct reports, delivering training and resolving issues.
- Continuously update job knowledge and operational processes.
- Participate in committees and special projects, representing the organization.
Qualifications And Requirements

- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws and wage and hour laws.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- 10+ years relevant work and leadership experience in a multi-location environment.
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).
- Relevant state licensure or certificate.
- Experience in nursing, particularly in healthcare/clinical environments.
- Understanding of eligibility for SSI, SSDI, HCBS, VR, and VA.
Pay And Benefits

Schedule
Typical Monday through Friday schedule with some overnight travel to various job-sites.
Office Work Location
San Antonio, TX, with travel to job-sites in nine states.
