Tomorrow's Children, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and ambitious Case Manager to join our team!

What You'll Do
- Cook up services for children in residential care.
- Collaborate with county, state, and other social workers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide case management services, including referrals, intake, ongoing case coordination, and discharge planning.
- Support children and families throughout the treatment process.
- Advocate for the best interests of the children we serve.
