About the role

Responsible for managing caseloads, providing support to clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage caseloads and coordinate services with clients
  • Provide support and guidance to clients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Regularly report progress to supervisors and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social services or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
