Essential Job Functions
- Receives referrals and maintains the FSK Jefferson County wait list.
- Contacts clients and conducts intake assessments either in person or via telehealth.
- Collaborates with FSK therapists to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of the family.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of client files and ensures compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and risk-free driving record.
- Child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and childcare/elder care disqualification list clearances.
- Pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Requirements
Must be willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, attend monthly team meetings, and manage a flexible work schedule around case manager responsibilities.
