Job Summary
The Wraparound Support Officer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering holistic support services to beneficiaries through the Pelagie Wraparound Office. The role focuses on addressing social, educational, health, and economic needs by working closely with individuals, families, and community stakeholders to ensure sustainable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management for beneficiaries, including assessment, planning, implementation, and follow-up
- Cookwraparound services such as education support, healthcare referrals, psychosocial support, and livelihood assistance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date beneficiary records and documentation
- Work closely with program teams to align support services with organizational goals
- Liaise with external partners, service providers, and community leaders
- Monitor and evaluate beneficiary progress and outcomes
- Prepare regular reports on activities, progress, and impact
- Identify and escalate high-risk or vulnerable cases for further intervention
- Support outreach and community engagement activities
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of beneficiary information
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in: Social Work Community Development Psychology Sociology Or a related field
- At least 2–3 years experience in: Case management Community-based programs NGO or non-profit work
