Core Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs and resources
- Coordinate with licensed therapists in developing treatment plans and goals
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance
- Verify funding eligibility for Medicaid and manage status
- Arrange client appointments and follow up
- Document services accurately and promptly
- Communicate with collateral supports
- Complete accurate and thorough client reports
- Provide positive reinforcement for client successes
Requirements
- Licensure / Education / Prior Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, two years of related employment, and/or program graduate recommended by staff for employment in pursuit of licensure preferred.
- Background check and First Aid/CPR certification required.
- Annual TB tests, flu, and other immunizations as required.

- Able to work variable shifts as needed.
