Case Manager

About the role

Provides support services to individuals with behavioral-emotional disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Requires reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supports individuals in developing and maintaining positive behaviors
• Conducts assessments and develops individualized support plans
• Monitors and reports on the progress of supported individuals
• Collaborates with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Valid drivers license and reliable access to a vehicle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
