About the role
Provides support to families and individuals dealing with behavioral-emotional disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Responsibilities
- Work with families to develop and implement individualized plans
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions
- Assess and monitor the progress of clients
- Document client interactions and progress
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case management strategies
Requirements
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Valid drivers license and reliable access to a vehicle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of child development and behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
