Case Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology or social work
- At least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Able to work Monday-Friday with an ON-CALL rotation
Qualifications
Earns $20.67/hour.
Coordinates case management and linkages to community programs and services.
Coaches/counsels individuals/families within their caseload and provides crisis intervention.
Case sessions are primarily delivered in the community (client homes, schools, etc.), case management can be in an office environment or community.
May at times be required to work evenings and/or weekends to meet the needs of the clients.
This position may require on-call coverage.
Pay
Earns $20.67/hour.
Schedule
Monday-Friday with an ON-CALL rotation.
