About the role
This position is responsible for managing client cases, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage client cases from intake to resolution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive case management
- Ensure all services are delivered within agreed timelines
- Regularly update clients on their case status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in case management or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
