About the role

This position is responsible for managing client cases, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client cases from intake to resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive case management
  • Ensure all services are delivered within agreed timelines
  • Regularly update clients on their case status

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in case management or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
