Responsibilities
- Case Management: Overseeing the progress of personal injury cases from initial intake to demand preparation, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and on time.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicating with clients to update them on the status of their case, answer questions, and gather any necessary information or documentation.
- Coordinating Medical Treatment: Scheduling necessary medical appointments, evaluations, and ensuring that clients follow through with medical treatments to strengthen their case.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining medical records, accident reports, and other important documents related to the case. Ensuring proper documentation of client interactions and case developments.
- Assisting Attorneys: Preparing case files and communicating with insurance companies and other outside parties to gather necessary information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- SPANISH HIGHLY PREFERRED;
- 1+ years of personal injury law experience required;
- Effective communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Computer literacy required;
- Experience with Filevine and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
