Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Overseeing the progress of personal injury cases from initial intake to demand preparation, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicating with clients to update them on the status of their case, answer questions, and gather any necessary information or documentation.
  • Coordinating Medical Treatment: Scheduling necessary medical appointments, evaluations, and ensuring that clients follow through with medical treatments to strengthen their case.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining medical records, accident reports, and other important documents related to the case. Ensuring proper documentation of client interactions and case developments.
  • Assisting Attorneys: Preparing case files and communicating with insurance companies and other outside parties to gather necessary information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • SPANISH HIGHLY PREFERRED;
  • 1+ years of personal injury law experience required;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Computer literacy required;
  • Experience with Filevine and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
