Responsibilities
- Support community recovery efforts in Detroit
- Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with local organizations to implement recovery initiatives
- Document progress and outcomes of recovery efforts
- Advocate for policy changes that support community resilience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in community development or social services
- Passion for Detroit and its residents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sociology, public policy, urban planning)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
