Responsibilities

• Support community recovery efforts in Detroit
• Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns
• Collaborate with local organizations to implement recovery initiatives
• Document progress and outcomes of recovery efforts
• Advocate for policy changes that support community resilience

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in community development or social services
• Passion for Detroit and its residents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sociology, public policy, urban planning)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
