About the role
This is a five days, 36 hours position focused on workflow data management for a dynamic fast-paced business office supporting the KODIAK program.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain physical files
- Document all correspondence
- Cook up and coordinate with Sponsor components
- Recommend process improvements to meet customers’ needs and mission requirements
- Manage a high volume of requests varying in complexity
- Exercise discretion and pay close attention to detail
- Exercise sound judgement in an environment that focuses on detail and high productivity, with quality being paramount
- Compose and deliver responses to customers’ routine questions in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in computer utilization
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team members and customers
- Well-developed critical thinking skills and an excellent focus on/to detail
- Demonstrated on the job experience strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to the customers’ routine questions in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution plus at least 2 years of professional experience
- Eleven years of experience may be substituted for a degree, with a high school diploma
