About the role

Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock counts.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of retail industry best practices.

Skills

  • Customer service orientation.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
