Responsibilities
- Support adults with severe mental illness through individualized services including counseling, case management, group therapy, and prescription-drug management.
- Connect individuals to high-impact programs such as Culturally Responsive Services, Transgender Wellness Program, and the LGBTQ+ Center.
- Provide mental health and substance use assessment and treatment services to children, families, and adults in Butler and Clermont counties.
- Serve children and their families through trauma-focused therapeutic visitation, helping them build skills for reunification.
- Implement evidence-based practices, direct-service programs, and school-based prevention services to prepare children for success in school and home environments.
- Offer in-depth assessments and treatment for mental health and addiction issues for those involved in the criminal justice system.
- Focus on alternative interventions for women and men in addiction treatment with programs like Alternative Interventions for Women and Alternative Interventions for Men.
- Ensure a standardized entry to a system of care that provides accessible and high-quality services for the Hamilton County public mental health system.
