About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and facilitating sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions with clients
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Document progress and maintain client records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a mental health setting
  • Licenses/certifications in counseling or social work (if applicable)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices
  • Proficiency in computer software, including case management systems
