Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for English- and Spanish-speaking families.
- Cook up client scheduling and assist with ongoing caseload management.
- Communicate with families regarding appointments, authorizations, and service updates.
- Support the intake and onboarding process for new clients.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and internal departments to resolve scheduling and service-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation within company systems.
- Follow up with families to ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction.
- Aid in insurance authorizations and service coordination as needed.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Advocate for families while maintaining compliance with company policies and payer requirements.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in case management, healthcare, ABA, social services, customer service, or care coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in ABA or behavioral health.
- Knowledge of insurance authorization processes.
- Experience supporting pediatric or special needs populations.
