Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. We offer a range of programs including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services, transforming the lives of thousands of individuals. Responsibilities
- Advocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment
- Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout the duration of treatment
- Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, etc. as necessary for client post-discharge
- Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support, etc.)
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Warm, empathetic, respectable personality
