Role Overview
As the ABA Case Manager, you will coordinate and oversee client programs to ensure consistent, high-quality care. You will serve as a key point of contact for families and staff, support program implementation, and help maintain the center's standards of excellence.

- Brought 2 years of professional experience in an office environment, with previous experience in case management or family support within the ABA field.
- Skilled at prioritizing responsibilities, managing time effectively, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with staff in office settings.
- Committed to meeting families where they are, offering empathy and honoring each family's individual story.
- Dedicated to safeguarding sensitive information and practicing full confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Turns challenges into actionable steps with a solution-oriented approach.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Suite applications.

Schedule: Monday – Friday with weekend availability
