CASE MANAGER

This role is responsible for managing cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution and ensuring files are prepared for demand and settlement. Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation or settlement
• Lead client onboarding and maintain organized, up-to-date files
• Order and review police reports, medical records, and billing
• Track medical treatment and damages development
• Communicate regularly with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
• Prepare and assemble demand packages
• Negotiate property damage claims (if applicable)
• Monitor liens and assist with settlement disbursement preparation
• Escalate cases to litigation when necessary

Qualifications
