Case Management Supervisor - Substance Use Disorder

Responsibilities

Supervises Case Managers and Peer Recovery Specialists.

Oversight of assessments and individualized service planning.

Coordination of referrals and community resources.

Supporting crisis intervention and continuity of care.

Balancing caseloads.

Providing staff training and performance support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling.
• Three (3) years of experience providing case management services to individuals living with a substance use disorder.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals living with substance use disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads and coordinate resources effectively.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and recovery resources.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

Annual Salary: $57,119

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

About the Role

The Project Link Case Management Supervisor provides day-to-day oversight of case management services for adults and mothers with children from birth to 7 years of age who are living with a substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorder.
