Case Dock / CDL A Yard Hostler

About the role

Meadow Gold Dairy in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Yard Hostler for a Driver with a Class A CDL (Manual endorsement preferred). The position involves operating shuttles to move trailers between the dock and staging areas, and assisting with loading trailers and other warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttles to move trailers between the dock and staging areas
• Facilitate shipping and receiving functions by moving trailers to various loading dock doors
• Build relationships with team members by providing assistance with loading trailers and other warehouse tasks

Requirements

• Valid MT CDL A and Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to climb up and in to and out of trucks, stairs, etc., for most of the shift
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Fast-paced environment adaptability
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others with lifting
• Able to work in a wet environment, maintain temperatures between 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit, and work outdoors in all seasons
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks

Pay

$30.04 per hour + $.50 per hour PM Shift Differential

Schedule

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
4 - 10 hour shifts per work week
