About the role

As a Case Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in the arbitration process, managing cases from start to finish with precision and professionalism. In this hybrid position based out of our Los Angeles office, you'll engage directly with counsel and arbitrators while managing schedules, coordinating hearings, and maintaining electronic files.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with counsel and arbitrators
  • Manage case schedules and coordinate hearings
  • Maintain electronic files
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field (paralegal certificate acceptable)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably as a legal secretary or paralegal
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work onsite for at least 3 days a week in the LA office
  • Availability to work 8 AM – 5 PM PT

Qualifications

  • Interest in dispute resolution or arbitration
  • Experience in electronic file management systems
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and tools
