A Case Coordination Representative evaluates prospective cases and makes funding-related decisions based on their merits. This role articulates the Libra process and mission while fostering relationships across the legal and medical communities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an active caseload of 100–150 cases
  • Grow relationships with law firms and medical providers
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to ensure optimal care and service
  • Oversee medical treatment for accident victims, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, analyzing medical records, and arranging transportation
  • Assess and make funding decisions up to $25K
  • Maintain workflow through prioritization of daily and weekly tasks
  • Perform weekly metrics by reviewing dashboards, verifying data, and noting trends to support accurate case tracking
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue goals
  • Occasionally assist with training new team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service daily

Requirements

  • Exemplary customer service and time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Thrives in a team environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the life cycle of a case
  • Ability to assess overall case metrics, build and maintain relationships with law firms, and make timely decisions independently and with supervision

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of relevant industry or legal experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

  • Frequently required to sit for long periods while working on a computer
  • Frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with hours dependent on location versus accounts assigned.
