Position Summary
Libra Solutions is looking for a skilled Case Coordination Representative with legal and/or medical experience. This role evaluates prospective cases, makes funding-related decisions, and communicates with attorneys, clients, and medical providers.
Essential Functions
- Manage a caseload of (100-150) cases
- Grow relationships with law firms and medical providers
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and medical providers
- Oversee medical treatment for accident victims, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, analyzing medical records, and arranging transportation
- Assess and make funding decisions up to $25K
- Maintain workflow through prioritization of daily and weekly tasks
- Perform weekly metrics by reviewing dashboards, verifying data, and noting basic trends to support accurate case tracking
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service levels and revenue goals are met
- Occasionally assist with training new team members
- Provide the best customer service daily

- Ability to assess overall case metrics, build/maintain relationships with law firms, and make timely decisions independently and with help from supervisor

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, hours dependent on location versus accounts assigned.
Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
