Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Conduct thorough investigations to build strong defense cases
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Advocate for clients' rights and interests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Pass the Alabama Bar Exam
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research and writing

Skills

• Knowledge of Alabama criminal laws and procedures
• Experience with trial advocacy and courtroom presentation
• Ability to handle high-stress situations professionally
• Strong organizational and time management skills
