Responsibilities
- Aid in document review and organization using platforms like Nextpoint, Relativity, etc.
- Prepare binders for trials, mediations, and motions
- Maintain case files by organizing documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and archiving
- Retrieve court dockets from Westlaw, PACER, and state court websites
- Support scanning projects
- Offer assistance with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous administrative and/or litigation experience preferred
- Familiarity with document management systems (iManage)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and communication skills
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Creative problem solver with initiative
- Ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to learn new software
