Case Assistant

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join the Fire Damages team in our Pasadena office. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Exercise sound discretion and judgment in direct client contact, often with individuals under significant stress
• Gather necessary information while demonstrating empathy and strong communication skills
• Manage electronic information, document management, and document review
• Multitask and manage several time-critical projects under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Experience with case management software, preferably FileVine
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s Degree

Pay

$25.00–$27.00 per hour. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
