Case Aide Specialist

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field, preferred but not required.
• Experience: 1+ years case management experience; 3+ years preferred. 2+ years in a customer service focused environment.
• Experience: Experience with homeless, low income, domestic violence survivors & their families a strong plus.
• Licenses: Driver’s License with clear record required.
• Vehicles: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice. Up to 80% travel within assigned geographic area.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Conduct attempts to locate clients for initial intake appointments
• Conduct client screening assessments
• Affiliate with data entry
• Order essentials after clients are housed
• Affiliate with preparing packets of required documentation to process financial assistance
• Perform general administrative functions in a timely and accurate manner
• Affiliate with entering information and maintaining databases
• Run program errands and assist walk-in clients
• Conduct outreach and engagement activities
• Communicate with service providers and community stakeholders
