Case Aide

About the role

Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Aide to join our team at our Day Reporting Center (DRC) located in Santa Barbara, CA.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for clients’ location at all times and has knowledge of and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations including Client Supervision, Key Control and Head Counts.
• Monitoring of clients location and visitors log
• Emergency and other program required procedures.
• Collections intake data, develops and documents program plan goals with clients, monitors in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals.
• Aids in client orientation as assigned.
• Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action as required and monitors on an ongoing basis.
• Coordination of discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.
• Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulation and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with three (1) years’ experience in social services or similar field.
• Education may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $21.86

Schedule

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm-8:00pm.
