About the role

Cascade Park is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Swim Instructors, Camp Counselors, Group Directors, and more. Positions are available at various locations across Carroll County and Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children and adults
• Supervise camp activities and ensure safety
• Manage group activities and programs
• Provide customer service and support
• Perform facility maintenance tasks
• Assist with housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience working with youth and/or adults
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
