Carwash Attendant

About the role

MEGA Auto Spa is an established family-owned and operated full-service car wash in the Hampton Roads area. We offer express exterior, express interior/exterior, and full detailing services. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative and attention to detail.
• Communicate with customers about services and answer their questions.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, wiping down/dressing the dash console, door jambs, windows, and surfaces of the vehicles using appropriate tools and cleaning/protective/disinfecting agents according to MEGA procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area to ensure safety for both coworkers and customers, including performing housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Clean and disinfect work stations, lobby, offices, and restrooms.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Requirements

• Have a GED or High School Diploma.
• Hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Be reliable and work well with a team and management.
• Have a flexible schedule that can accommodate customer demand.
• Maintain at least an average of 34 hours per week on a 6-week cycle.
• Have one year of work experience in the car wash industry or a similar field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Driver’s License (preferred).

Up to $15.00 per hour.
