Essential Responsibilities
- Carve and portion meats including beef, turkey, ham, pork, and other proteins according to company standards.
- Set up, maintain, and break down carving stations before, during, and after events.
- Present food in an attractive and professional manner.
- Aid chefs and culinary staff with stocking stations and replenishing inventory by running to main kitchen.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging manner.
- Maintain proper food temperatures and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs to the culinary team.
- Ensure clean, organized, and sanitized workstations throughout the event.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and additional culinary duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
