Businesses are always looking for ways to extract more value from their customers. Sometimes this means “sharing” customers with other businesses. I’m sure you’ve seen (and probably ignored) plenty of cross-promotional offers. The problem is that they often get in the way of what I’m trying to do right now. Maybe I’d actually take advantage of them if they were made a little more seamless. That’s what Cartera Commerce is doing. They are a Lexington, MA based company that offers “a comprehensive, fully-managed, performance-based offer platform for card issuers, frequent flyer programs and merchants.”
About the Role
We're seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising and a passion for creating compelling offers that drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage promotional offers for various card issuers, frequent flyer programs, and merchants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize future offerings
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with multiple marketing channels and platforms
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and preferences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
