Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

About the role
Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of the store. Responsibilities include gathering carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts into the store, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. The role requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
