About the Role

As a Cart Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining carts, cart units, and massage chairs, ensuring they are clean and in working order. We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Transport carts from high-return areas to high-rental areas to ensure availability for customers
  • Perform routine cleaning of carts, cart management units, and massage chairs
  • Practice safe work habits to protect self, co-workers, airport property, passengers, and visitors
  • Utilize mechanized equipment to move multiple carts throughout the airport
  • Provide courteous customer service and assistance
  • Maintain good communication and cooperation with other employees and facility management
  • Perform duties honestly, reliably, and professionally
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Six months of successful work experience
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass state, federal (FAA), and Homeland Security clearance requirements, as well as reference checks
  • Ability to obtain an airport badge
  • Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 75 lbs. to waist height
  • Push and pull 75–100 pounds to move up to 15 carts simultaneously
  • Walk and stand for the duration of the shift
