Join our dynamic team in Franklin, TN as a Carrier Sales Representative. We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with carriers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at carrier companies.
- Present company products and services to potential clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through closing deals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
