What You’ll Do

  • Use digital platforms to source new and existing carrier partners for high-volume lanes.
  • Negotiate with carrier partners to enhance margins and achieve financial goals.
  • Track active loads to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Resolve in-transit issues by collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  • Communicate with teammates and carrier partners to effectively serve customers and address issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of carrier sales experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of load counts and carrier relationships.
  • Experience with McLeod is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to excel both as a team member and an independent contributor.
