What You’ll Do
- Use digital platforms to source new and existing carrier partners for high-volume lanes.
- Negotiate with carrier partners to enhance margins and achieve financial goals.
- Track active loads to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
- Resolve in-transit issues by collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Communicate with teammates and carrier partners to effectively serve customers and address issues proactively.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of carrier sales experience.
- Dispatchers must be highly motivated to transition into brokerage roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of load counts and carrier relationships.
- Experience with McLeod is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to excel both as a team member and an independent contributor.
