About the role
This is a high-volume sales role focused on building relationships with freight carriers, negotiating rates, and solving problems when shipments encounter issues. Expect to spend a significant amount of time on the phone.
Responsibilities
- Calling carriers to source capacity for customer freight across North America.
- Negotiating rates on the spot, sometimes with minutes to spare.
- Monitoring active shipments and stepping in fast when something goes wrong.
- Building relationships with carriers so you are the person they call back first.
- Hitting daily activity targets to improve performance and earnings.

Pay
Base salary starting at $50,000 plus uncapped commission. Income is directly tied to effort and results. Top performers can earn six figures within 24 months.

Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing role.
- Comfort with rejection and a numbers-driven mindset.
- A history of meeting or exceeding goals in any field.
A logistics or freight background is helpful but not required. A degree in business or supply chain is a plus, not a requirement.
