About the Role
ADP is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Carrier Relations to develop and execute the National Account's Benefit Carrier Integration partnership strategy. In this role, you will drive strategic and transformational partnerships with key benefit carriers and brokers, focusing on API integration with ADP National Account platforms. Your expertise will help acquire new carrier partnerships and grow existing ones, enhancing the customer journey through innovative process and technology improvements.
Responsibilities
- Leverage industry expertise to build, grow, and retain strategic relationships with benefits carriers, ensuring successful onboarding and integration.
- Evaluate, implement, and communicate strategies to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and deliver seamless integration with the highest quality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the benefit carrier integration process, focusing on modern API technology and digital experiences.
- Lead with a solution-oriented and innovative approach to incorporate new technology, methodologies, and processes that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and client experiences.
- Develop insightful business cases and advanced models to support decision-making and inform sales and service strategies.
- Collaborate with internal partners across technology, product, implementation, service, and legal teams.
- Work closely with Senior Level Executives and present materials to them.
- Perform data analysis as input to ROI development.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of directly related experience in a client service, implementation environment, or management in HR/Benefits/Insurance Product development with direct interaction with clients and/or external partners.
- Exceptional business and financial acumen, communication/presentation skills, and sound business judgment.
- Highly collaborative with a partner mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Proven experience working within complex internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop materials and present to Senior Level Executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Process re-engineering, project, and/or program management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to flex style based on audience and situation.
- Data-driven business decisions.
- In-depth business and/or product knowledge of APIs, digital experience, enrollment platforms, and decision support.
- Experience at a large Insurance Carrier and/or National Benefit Broker.
- Creative thinking to collaborate with carriers and associates to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analytics expertise to develop business cases and mine key insights from large data sets.
- Ability to conceptualize, negotiate, and sell ideas internally and externally.
- Ability to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment and identify opportunities for scalable operations.

Pay
Base salary offers for this position range from USD $99,600.00 to USD $185,800.0 per year. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
